This is a view from the Belleair Beach Causeway Bridge.  Notice the new bridge in the background.

This project is completed and the webcam taken down.

You will notice that this cam will vibrate because of the location of the webcam.  It is mounted on top of the bridge control house which vibrates when heavy vehicles pass it.
